This month’s Act Tip focuses on the “Previous Lookup” capability! This feature saves the last 9 look ups of the Contact Table from almost all Act screens. This allows you to easily get to specific records without having to use the “back” arrow button which takes you slowly through each previous screen one by one. The “Lookup” menu is found at the top of the Act screen and allows for seamless navigation between Tables! In many cases it is in a sub-menu of Contact.
