Look-ups are a unique feature of Act not found in other CRM’s. There is a particularly useful dozen you will find that all start with the word “Any” followed by fields that appear multiple times in the Contact table like Phone, Email, Address etc.
In our example using the Contact Table we have gone to the middle of the Lookup Menu and clicked on the selection called “Other Fields”. Instead of scrolling through the list you can save a lot of time by quickly typing the first 2 characters of what you are looking for. In our case we typed in “an” to get the dozen choices. The “Any Phone Field” & “E-Mail Field are the ones that gets used the most.
