Reach out to your customers with ACT!

CULTEC has been using the ACT! Contact Manager program for approximately 10 years. Our firm works closely with engineers and contractors on several projects at a time and this is one way that we are able to keep our information organized whether it be the ability to access simple contact information, quotes, attached plans or for scheduling appointments.

We find the software invaluable to our day to day interactions. Our main database includes over 32000 contacts. Over the last year, we have added the Swiftpage capability and have been able to reestablish contact with older clients and rejuvenate our database.

In the past, we have just upgraded our account without a link to a particular ACT! vendor. This past year, we used Kenbar Solutions and have finally seen what a difference personal attention and service is. It makes a world of difference. Bob Kennedy and his staff have been extremely responsive to even the most rudimentary of questions.

The relationship we have with Bob Kennedy was well worth the investment and allows us to learn tips and tricks we may never have learned otherwise. The on-site training and assistance via web access and/or phone have remedied many issues which would otherwise go unsolved.

ACT! Upgrades You Can’t Do Without.

I started with Act! Contact Management over a dozen years ago, as a single user. A couple of years ago I bought a 5 user license of Act! Premium for Work Groups. It worked very well and was clearly profitable.

We recently installed the latest version of ACT! Premium for Web and I am very happy! It was easy to install and my sales team can securely log in from any computer on the internet, simple.

The Hoovers and Swiftpage connections are great! I didn’t even realize these relationships existing when I upgraded but today I could not do without them.

I did my first email blast of 800 pieces, as a test, and now I have 8 solid, new, leads of clients calling me! I would not have expected this type of return until I had run the campaign a couple of times. I can’t wait to unleash a full marketing campaign. The Sage E-Marketing for ACT! fee is insignificant compared to the results!

Also, having Kenbar Solutions at my finger tips has been great! As a small business, it gives me confidence that someone is watching my systems. With their ability to remote access my server and computers, it’s like having my own IT department at a fraction of the cost.

I would recommend Sage Act! Premium for Web to everyone! (except my competition!)
